In this pivotal role, you will work alongside our Managing Director/joint CEO to provide inspirational leadership to achieve our artistic, social, and strategic objectives, and to line manage members of our team. The Creative Director will devise and oversee our creative programme, in collaboration with our team, partners and stakeholders. The role is responsible for income generation from trusts and foundations and managing our relationships with our current major funders including the Arts Council England, Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and the Garfield Weston Foundation. You will be the primary advocate for our charity. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in fundraising, overseeing complex budgets, and fostering productive relationships with a Board of Trustees.
