Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for two Outreach Officers to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to increaseour visibility, reach and impact across Sandwell and Walsall by developing anddelivering engaging community outreach activities that connect people with thesupport they need.
Working closely with local communities, partners andstakeholders, you’ll help plan events and campaigns, strengthen our digitalpresence through social media, and support our Research and Campaigns work.
Bybuilding relationships and listening to community voices, you’ll help raiseawareness, influence positive change and ensure our services remain accessible, inclusive and responsive to local needs.
