This is an exciting opportunity to help ensurewe deliver high-quality, consistent and compliant advice services that make areal difference to our clients while supporting the development of our advisersand volunteers.
Working closely with managers, staff and volunteers, you’lllead on quality assurance activities, provide coaching and feedback, andpromote a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll help embed best practice, maintain Citizens Advice Quality of Advice standards and strengthen serviceperformance to ensure outstanding client outcomes across the organisation.
