Do you enjoy improving CRM systems so teams can work more efficiently? Are you confident managing data quality, supporting users and driving system improvements? We’re recruiting a CRM Officer to join a respected membership organisation on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a hands‑on role focused on CRM management, data integrity, user support and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage a CRM ticketing system
  • Maintain data quality through cleansing and de‑duplication
  • Liaise with external technical suppliers
  • Deliver CRM training to staff
  • Create reports, dashboards and insights
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation

About You

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Advanced Excel
  • Understanding of GDPR
  • Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving skills
