Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is seeking two Outreach Officers to help broaden our reach across Sandwell and Walsall, developing and delivering community outreach activities that connect people with the support they need.
You will plan events, campaigns, and strengthen our digital presence, working with local communities, partners and stakeholders to ensure services are accessible, inclusive and responsive to local needs.
