We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community & Corporate Fundraiser to join our fundraising and marketing team at the Neuro Therapy Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, developing partnerships, organising events, and inspiring others to support a local charity that changes lives for people living with neurological conditions.
About the Role
The Community & Corporate Fundraiser will lead on developing and growing corporate fundraising opportunities.
You will build strong relationships with businesses, community groups, supporters, and volunteers to generate income and raise awareness of the Centre’s work. The role includes developing Charity of the Year partnerships, employee fundraising initiatives, business networking, challenge events, sponsorship opportunities, and supporter stewardship.
Working closely with the Community & Events Fundraiser and wider team, you will help support our wider programme of community fundraising events and activities and ensure supporters receive an excellent experience from first contact through to ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with local and regional businesses
- Identify and secure new corporate fundraising opportunities
- Represent the Centre at networking events, presentations, and meetings
- Promote employee fundraising, volunteering, and match funding opportunities
- Support and deliver fundraising events, campaigns, and challenge activities
- Work with the marketing team to develop engaging fundraising communications
- Maintain accurate supporter records using the Centre’s systems
- Ensure fundraising activity complies with GDPR and fundraising regulations

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident building relationships and networking with a wide range of people
- Has experience in fundraising, sponsorship, sales, or business development
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Is passionate about supporting people affected by neurological conditions
- Has experience organising events or community activities
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and LinkedIn
Experience within the charity sector is welcome but not essential if you can demonstrate transferable relationship‑building and income‑generation skills.
