Salary: £21,418.80

Hours: 30 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-term until 31st May 2027 initially

Project Workers will play a key role in engaging with local communities using an asset-based approach. You will support individuals and grassroots groups to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and co-produce activities that respond to local needs. Your work will include networking, capacity building, and partnership development.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who are members of one of the communities this project is focused on, or who have relevant experience in engaging with or supporting these communities.
