Get Golfing CIO is seeking a Clubhouse Supervisor for their sports facilities. This role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Providing information and assistance to customers in person or on the phone.
- Fun and outgoing personality.
- Great customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings.
- Duties include serving customers, taking orders, operating events, supervising daily golf operations.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining clean and organized clubhouse and stock areas.
Requirements:
