Get Golfing CIO is seeking a People Operations Lead to cover maternity leave for the Head of People, based at Redlibbets or Pyrford/Lampton Court venues, with travel across venues. You will oversee the People function's operational delivery, employee relations support, compliance and payroll oversight.
You will report to the Chief People Officer and work with the People Development Lead and senior managers to deliver scalable People services that support high-performing teams.
