As a charity supporting struggling golf facilities in England, we are passionate about preserving and reviving the sport of golf by providing exceptional experiences for our members and visitors.

Cobtree Manor, located just off bluebell hill, is a Par 69, 5497 yard course.

Over the past year under Get Golfing, we have completed projects to rejuvenate both the course and the clubhouse, including reshaping greens and fairways, adding new drainage lines and redecorating the clubhouse.

It’s an exciting time for the Venue in its journey with Get Golfing, and a great time to be part of our Team.

As a Golf Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the course is run in a smooth and professional manor.

You will be responsible for various tasks, including checking in golfers, managing pace of play, "starting" on the first tee, assisting with golf equipment rentals, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to our members and visitors.

You will also be required to help in the club house behind the bar when needed.

While we aim to provide as many hours as possible during peak times, we’re unable to guarantee a fixed number of hours year-round, however, over the summer you can expect to work full time hours.

Please also note that shifts will include weekends, early mornings, and evenings, in line with the operational needs of the club.
