Redlibbets is seeking Front Of House staff for their busy golf club. The role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a great customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Providing information and assistance to customers in person or on the phone.
  • Fun and outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings.
  • Duties include serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables, cashing up, and generally following the company procedures.
