Location: London or Birmingham, with hybrid remote working

Are you a passionate and strategic recruiter committed to educational equality? We seek a Senior Recruitment Officer to lead the attraction and selection of talented tutors who will help students excel in English and maths nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment campaigns for Tutors and Lead Tutors across regions and subject areas.
- Create inclusive strategies to attract diverse talent pools, including university students, graduates, and career changers.
- Design engaging campaigns, manage social media outreach, and develop compelling content.
- Organize recruitment events such as webinars, fairs, and university drop-ins, fostering external partnerships.
- Manage the candidate journey, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Oversee assessment centres, interviews, and scheduling.
- Line manage a small team of screeners and assessors.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track applicants and improve recruitment strategies.
- Support broader organizational recruitment needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for an enthusiastic recruiter with a passion for educational equity and inclusive hiring. You should enjoy building relationships, innovating, and delivering excellent candidate experiences.

- Graduate recruitment and university outreach
- Charity sector hiring
- Campaign management and marketing related to recruitment or education
