At Get Further, we’re on a mission to ensure every student secures the English and maths qualifications they need to thrive – and we know brilliant teaching is the key. That’s why we’re launching a bold, national CPD programme to support FE teachers to deliver world-class instruction in English, maths and inclusive practice.
We’re now looking for an exceptional educator in English with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) experience to join us as one of our CPD Managers. You’ll lead training across the country, build strong partnerships with colleges and training providers, and design impactful resources that bring evidence-informed teaching to life.
Location: London/ Hybrid (with national travel)
Contract: Full-time | Fixed term until March 2027

- Lead CPD training for maths teachers in colleges nationwide
- Co-design CPD workshops, coaching sessions and resources rooted in great pedagogy
- Tailor delivery to setting needs and support staff to embed new approaches
- Build relationships with providers and ensure a high-impact programme experience
- Work closely with our Head of CPD to refine our offer and drive excellence
