Get Further is looking for a motivated and highly organised Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our GCSE Resit Tuition Programme across partner colleges in Cardiff. You’ll manage day-to-day programme delivery across a portfolio of colleges, support student engagement and attendance, oversee tutor quality, and help ensure young people receive the support they need to achieve gateway English and maths qualifications.

Location: Remote/Cardiff, with regular travel to partner colleges.

Hours: Full-time, with flexible working patterns available.
