Wraparound After School Club Supervisor – Radstock Primary School.
The role involves supervising wraparound care services, managing activity leaders, and ensuring high‑quality afterschool activities from 3‑6pm Monday‑Friday during term time (up to 15hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting the Activity Leaders to deliver high‑quality activities within the wraparound setting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
- Promoting and delivering excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
- Creating a safe and engaging environment for all children.
- Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
- Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills while contributing to child development.
Qualifications
- Must hold an Early Years Level3 Qualification.
- Experience in childcare or related settings is desired.
- Must enjoy working with children and serve as a positive role model.
