Location: Wood Close, Windsor, SL4 3LL
Hours: 20.45 hours per week, with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays.
Breakfast club: 7.30am-8.30am Monday-Friday
After School Club: 3-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 2.15pm-6pm Wednesday.
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour.
Overview: If you enjoy working with children, being a positive role model, leading arts & crafts or sports, this role offers the chance to supervise wraparound care clubs for children aged 4‑11. You will manage and support Activity Leaders, deliver high‑quality activities, build relationships with parents and schools, and ensure safe, engaging environments that promote children’s confidence, social and fundamental skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise wraparound breakfast and after‑school clubs.
- Support Activity Leaders in delivering creative and sporting activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
- Create safe and engaging environments for all children.
- Encourage children to explore interests and develop new opportunities through enriching activities.
