Location: Upper Bucklebury, Reading, RG7 6QP
Hours: 15 hours per week, 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)
Pay for After School Club Supervisor: Up to £13.50 per hour
Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided at our after school wraparound care.
Main roles and responsibilities for After School Club Supervisor:
- Managing and supporting the Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities to the children.
- Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
- Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
- Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
- Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
- Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
