We’re a pioneering longevity wellness clinic group offering everything from IV Drips and Booster Shots to advanced Diagnostic Testing, Genetic & Epigenetic Screening, Weight Management programmes (including GLP-1 support), and Telemedicines. Our mission is to make personalised health accessible for everyone. Get A Drip is growing fast, and we’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong CRM focus to help deepen customer relationships and drive growth across every digital touchpoint.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building high-performing email and CRM journeys, optimising campaigns through data, and using insights to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You’ll be hands-on in platforms like Omnisend, owning everything from campaign planning and execution to segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.
While CRM is at the core of this role, you’ll also collaborate closely on content and social, ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and customer-centric across channels. You’ll help shape how customers discover, engage with, and experience Get A Drip across email, CRM, social, and beyond. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to scale with us.

The Role
- Email & CRM: Build and deploy campaigns, newsletters and lifecycle flows; manage segmentation, personalisation and automations; maintain CRM hygiene; oversee journeys including welcome, post-appointment, lapsed and cross-sell flows; run A/B tests to optimise performance.
- Brand & Creative Support: Execute brand campaigns across digital, social and in-clinic channels; create on-brand assets (social graphics, banners, posters, email visuals); ensure creative consistency; contribute to visuals, storytelling assets and moodboards.
- Digital & Social Execution: Manage daily community engagement (comments, replies, tags, DMs); stay on top of industry trends; update website banners and campaign assets; support smooth product launches, memberships and seasonal moments.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics across Omnisend, GA and Zenoti; analyse customer behaviour; refine segments; ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints; support best practice for deliverability and inbox performance.
Requirements
Digital & Technical Must-Haves:
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Omnisend or Klaviyo/Mailchimp.
- Experience building and managing email campaigns, newsletters and automated lifecycle flows.
- Working knowledge of CRM segmentation, tagging, hygiene and customer journeys.
- Ability to analyse performance using Google Analytics, social insights and CRM/email metrics.
- Comfortable updating website banners, imagery and landing pages via Shopify and WordPress.
Creative Must-Haves:
- Confident creating on-brand graphics and assets using Canva, Adobe Express or similar.
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, trends and platform-native storytelling.
- A good eye for branding, visual consistency and storytelling.
What We Offer:
