As a key leader in our clinical team, you will ensure Get A Drip remains at the forefront of safe, compliant, and innovative patient care. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will manage clinical governance for our digital and physical services, driving quality outcomes within a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who is passionate about shaping the future of consumer health.
The Role
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance initiatives to support safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Ensure CQC compliance, in relation to digital healthcare delivery and remote prescribing models as well as physical clinic environments.
- Prepare for and lead on CQC inspection.
- Develop and oversee clinical policies, protocols, and strategies to underpin best practice across the organisation.
- Maintain a clinical risk register across the organisation, ensuring all risks have accountable owners and sufficient mitigation or plans for mitigation in place.
- Develop and quality assure systems for investigating incidents, complaints, and patient feedback, ensuring learning is embedded across teams.
- Undertake and oversee clinical audits, driving dissemination of lessons learned and improvements to practice.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of clinical governance in a healthcare setting, including digital-first models.
- Proven track record of leading digital/remote prescribing healthcare services through CQC preparation and inspection.
- Experience embedding clinical governance systems across multidisciplinary teams clinical and non-clinical.
It is desirable if you have:
- Experience working in independent healthcare, particularly within a high growth digital health start up or longevity/wellbeing service.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and prescribing technologies.
- Clinical safety officer experience or familiarity with digital clinical safety standards DCB0129/0160.
- Understanding of MHRA software as a medical device regulation.
What We Offer
- Hybrid/flexible working, one day per week working from home.

- 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days.
