About the role
In this pivotal moment, we are seeking a proactive and strategic thinker to join our team as the Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our brand and business in a highly effective and sustainable manner.
As the Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing the brand identity for Get A Drip across various markets, media, and channels. Your focus will be on enhancing brand awareness and visibility through creative and effective campaigns, strategic partnerships, and cohesive messaging across all touchpoints. You’ll lead the charge on new product launches, elevate our membership programme, and ensure our brand remains distinctive and compelling in a competitive wellness landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Brand Strategy: Review and evolve the company’s brand positioning to ensure consistency and impact across all channels and touchpoints.
- New Product Launches: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring integrated campaign delivery across digital, retail, and PR.
- Membership Programme Marketing: Own the marketing strategy for our new membership programme, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention through engaging campaigns.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Deliver targeted, omni-channel campaigns across paid search, social, digital, and in-clinic – aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Content & Social Media Management: Curate engaging content across all social platforms and manage day-to-day social media activity, staying ahead of trends and fostering community engagement.
- Ambassador & Influencer Strategy: Design and implement a scalable strategy for managing brand ambassadors and influencers aligned with our mission and values.
- Partnerships & PR: Manage the Partnership Programme and collaborate with agencies to drive PR, events, and brand-aligned collaborations with corporate partners.
- Franchise Marketing Support: Provide marketing toolkits and guidance for franchisee recruitment and local marketing execution.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to measure marketing performance and apply data insights to optimise future initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and campaign management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Proficient in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Get A Drip Staff training credit to spend on drips and boosters, up to the value of £2400 per annum.
- 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).
