- Sicherstellung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe und Arbeitseinteilungen
- administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Stationsorganisation
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Pflegekonzepten
- Sicherung, Entwicklung und Ergebniskontrolle der Pflegequalität
- Vertretung der Interessen des Pflegedienstes

Ihr Profil:
