Die Kassel School of Medicine gGmbH bietet in Kooperation mit der University of Southampton (UoS) ein innovatives praxis- und forschungsorientiertes Medizinstudienprogramm an. Der zweisprachige Studiengang findet in Southampton und in Kassel nach englischem Muster statt. Er basiert auf einem neuen, modernen Curriculum und schlieĂźt mit den internationalen akademischen Graden Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) ab.
- Gestaltung der Planung und Strukturierung der curricularen Vorgaben der University of Southampton sowie die Erstellung von LogbĂĽchern und die DurchfĂĽhrung der Module
- Koordination und Organisation der Lehrrotationen, Lehrveranstaltungen und PrĂĽfungen der Studierenden sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu den Lehrverantwortlichen in Kassel und bei der University of Southampton
- Unterstützung der zuständigen Modulkoordinatoren bei der Umsetzung des Ausbildungs-Curriculums
- Vorbereitung der Qualitätsaudits durch die University of Southampton sowie die englische Akkreditierungsstelle (General Medical Council)
- DurchfĂĽhrung der Lehrevaluationen
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Pflege-/Gesundheitsmanagements, der Pädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit der Organisation und Umsetzung von Forschungsarbeiten sowie praktische Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Studierenden sowie Lehrenden aus dem ärztlichen und pflegerischen Bereich
