Role Details: We are seeking a Senior Regional Student Recruitment Manager to identify key market opportunities and establish processes and policies for indirect student recruitment. You will play a lead role in a team that operates our network of recruitment agents to maintain a balanced portfolio of globally minded students. You will also be directly involved in three areas of activity critical to the overall success of Regent’s University London:
- Agent Network Development and Management
- Delivery and Design of Recruitment Events
- New Channel Development
To be successful, you will have a background of leading a team to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced and pressurised environment, along with experience of UK university recruitment and admissions processes and a strong knowledge of the global higher education market. Personalised education is what we do, and we believe that every student is unique and exceptional, so you’ll also be customer focused with great communication skills and a strong interest in the student journey.
This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, so whilst we can’t guarantee the duration, we anticipate it will be approximately 12 months. We expect the successful person to be able to commence by 16th March.
