Operational Excellence and customer service

  • Use approved delivery information, drawings, schedules, checklists and digital systems accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to standardise installation methods, simplify delivery and reduce labour, travel, material loss, damage, rework and snagging.
  • Communicate progress, constraints and corrective actions promptly to the relevant lead.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in warehouses, vehicles and work areas.

General responsibilities

  • Represent the business professionally and provide a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Comply with company, venue, client and legislative health and safety requirements, including correct use of PPE and prompt reporting of hazards, incidents and near misses.
  • Protect materials, equipment, vehicles and customer property, and support accurate stock control and documentation.
