GES Systems is a specialist Electrical & Security contractor delivering high-quality ACS, IDS, and CCTV installations across data centres, industrial projects and utilities throughout the UK and Europe. We are looking for electricians who take pride in their craft to join our team.

Role Overview

We are recruiting experienced Electricians to work on a site in Aldermaston near Reading, installing secondary containment including 25mm galvanised conduit, tray, and trunking. This is a high-standard environment where quality and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install galvanised conduit, tray, and trunking to a professional standard
  • Confident with metal containment work
  • Read and interpret drawings accurately
  • Install strictly to specification
  • Maintain full site safety compliance (5-point PPE at all times)

Required Certification & Compliance

  • ECS Card
  • IPAF 3a / 3b
  • Drug & alcohol screening
  • Identity verification (PeopleCheck)
  • DBS check

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 13:30
Paid breaks: Monday to Thursday 2 x 30 minutes; Friday 1 x 30 minutes

Travel & Accommodation

Accommodation provided for workers living outside the area
£22.50 overnight allowance when working away from home
