The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

To perform all fabrication and welding tasks and finishing processes. To read work orders and manufacturing standards, follow production drawings and assembly instructions, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. To study engineered drawings and blueprints, determine the materials required, and plan the sequence of fabrication and welding tasks. To assemble and fit steel sections to form complete units or subunits using tack welding and other fabrication methods. To set up and operate heavy duty metal working machines including torches, drills, die grinders, grinders, hammers, levels, plasma cutters, and overhead cranes. To rig, hoist, and move materials within the factory. To understand all quality requirements for products and jobs and to meet those requirements to specified standards. To make adjustments to meet precise specifications. To detect and report defective material to the supervisor. To complete any special projects as required. To ensure accurate and timely completion of all production and quality documentation. To report any real or potential safety/health hazards, accidents or near misses to the supervisor. To conduct daily inspections of the work area and to maintain a tidy work environment at all times. To take responsibility for all tooling and equipment that is made available for use and to ensure that any defects, real or potential are reported to the supervisor. To comply with the company's site rules and procedures at all times. To comply with the company's Health & Safety Policy and use of PPE at all times. To comply with the requirements of the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management system at all times (ISO). Any other reasonable duties which may be assigned to you by your supervisor or manager.
