Do you have experience within the exhibition and events industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? GES are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Features Team based in London.
Role Purpose: Supporting the Features team and liaising with the Graphics team, project managing (at senior level) for Exhibition organisers feature areas from brief to execution in a variety of formats including system builds and traditional construction with associated graphics systems.

What you will do: You will:
- Accept feature briefs from the account management team, and directly from clients when appropriate.
- Create quotations using dedicated project management software.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for briefing the creative team, preparing quotations and producing work orders.
- Process feature requirements and create work orders using dedicated project management software.
- Keep all communications up to date and accessible on the server.
- Maintain strong communication with Graphics Project Managers and the Production department, keeping updated with deadline/schedule changes.
- Appoint and manage external suppliers where required.
- Keep all files backed up in the correct format and archived in line with the procedures in the department.
- Be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
- Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
- Participate in the Companyβs sustainability initiative and ensure your actions support this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function.
- Show flexibility in undertaking several different skills or tasks at any time and at various locations.
- Represent the Company professionally and keep abreast of industry trends and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary for the position.
Relationships: You will be required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally, to facilitate growth and integration across the business. In particular, you will work collaboratively alongside and provide support to GES employees/departments and suppliers/exhibitors/organisers.
