At GES, we’re looking for a passionate, driven, and skilled Project Manager to take charge of exciting exhibitor graphic projects. This is your chance to make an impact, working with cutting-edge technology and a talented team to deliver extraordinary experiences in the events industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal and external clients, taking face-to-face briefings to kick-start the planning process.
  • Design work schedules tailored to each event, coordinating resources, labor, and travel bookings through our internal print management software (Clarity).
  • Seamlessly communicate show requirements across all departments and brief the Design & Production teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare and manage quotes for a range of products, from off-the-shelf solutions to bespoke creations, for both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules and ensure all resources are accessible on our internal systems.
  • Be the crucial link between the Graphics design team and production departments, keeping everyone aligned with evolving deadlines.
  • Create on-site installation packs and offer guidance to installation teams, managing the entire project lifecycle—from concept to on-site installation.
  • Travel to exciting events across the globe as needed, ensuring all projects are executed at the highest level.

About You:

  • A proactive team player with experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Confident working on your own initiative and collaborating across teams.
  • Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • GCSE C grade or higher in Maths and English.
