What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with internal and external clients, taking face‑to‑face briefings to kick‑start the planning process.
- Design work schedules tailored to each event, coordinating resources, labour, and travel bookings through our internal print management software (Clarity).
- Seamlessly communicate show requirements across all departments and brief the Design & Production teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare and manage quotes for a range of products, from off‑the‑shelf solutions to bespoke creations, for both internal and external clients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date schedules and ensure all resources are accessible on our internal systems.
- Be the crucial link between the Graphics design team and production departments, keeping everyone aligned with evolving deadlines.
- Create on‑site installation packs and offer guidance to installation teams, managing the entire project lifecycle—from concept to on‑site installation.
- Travel to exciting events across the globe as needed, ensuring all projects are executed at the highest level.
About You
- A proactive team player with experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
- Confident working on your own initiative and collaborating across teams.
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- GCSE C grade or higher in Maths and English.
