Location Hybrid – ExCeL London / Remote (with occasional travel to UK offices, client meetings and exhibitions)

Contract 12-month fixed-term contract with the intention to develop into a permanent role.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Creative Director, supporting strategic creative projects, tenders, product innovation and business transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. Unlike a traditional graduate role, this position offers exposure to every stage of the creative process - from initial ideas through and how they show up in brand, product & conceptual design.

The Role The Creative Coordinator will support the Creative Direction function across a broad range of strategic and operational activities. Working directly with the Creative Director, you'll help coordinate creative projects, support major proposals and presentations, manage creative assets and contribute to the continued development of the GES brand and creative offering. This role is designed to provide exceptional exposure to commercial creativity, international clients and business leadership while developing the skills needed for a successful career within the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Projects
    • Support creative development for major tenders and proposals
    • Assist with presentations and pitch documents
    • Create moodboards and visual research
    • Support concept development
    • Prepare client presentation material
    • Maintain creative asset libraries
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate creative actions across multiple projects
    • Organise project documentation
    • Track deadlines and deliverables
    • Prepare meeting notes and action logs
    • Liaise with designers and internal stakeholders
    • Assist with photography and case study management
  • Digital & Marketing Support
    • Assist with creative assets for digital platforms
    • Help maintain brand consistency
    • Coordinate imagery and creative content
    • Support social media campaigns where required
  • Innovation & Development
    • Research emerging creative trends
    • Explore AI tools and creative technologies
    • Support product development initiatives
    • Assist with innovation workshops
