What You’ll Be Doing

Building Knowledge (A Core Part of the Role)
- Create clear, useful knowledge articles and runbooks
- Capture solutions and turn them into reusable guidance
- Help build a support model where answers are easy to find, not rediscovered
Using AI to Work Smarter
- Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and improve resolutions
- Generate and enhance documentation using AI
- Explore new ways of working that challenge traditional support models
Thinking Like DevOps
- Work closely with engineering teams on releases and improvements
- Help automate repetitive tasks and improve system reliability
- Take ownership and continuously improve how applications are supported
What We’re Looking for
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern technology
- A passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
