Are you a Graphics Technician experienced in using a Zund machine? Do you want to join a dynamic company in an exciting industry?
GES are currently recruiting for Graphics Technician to join our Graphics team. You willproduce and co-ordinate general graphics for organisers and exhibitors.This role is for Permanent Afternoon Shift – (3 – 11pm)

What will you do?
You will:
• Carry out production processes in both the general graphics and print department, including taking files from Pre-rip or pre-cut status to finished product and prioritising work flow in accordance with the schedules on the shop floor.
• Ensure that multiple schedules are updated as required and clearly identify current status.
• Ensure correct project show code is applied to timesheet.
• Follow schedule instructions for dispatch and ensure items are clearly labelled and defined in respect of show/destination.
• Implement new and existing processes and check and review progress and accuracy.
• Report any shortfall in stock availability and resources of section and liaise with print/production management and ensure metal ware and freestanding signage and hardware is in a good state of repair.
• Drive continuous improvements in quality, productivity and health & safety.
• Check the quality of production items prior to dispatch and ensure.

What you’ll need
You will be an experienced Graphics technician with experience within the Exhibitions industry. You will be a self motivated Vutek Operator with the ability to plan your own time and prioritise workload. You will thrive within a fast paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
