What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our GES Furniture Partner to ensure we’re delivering “Best Practice” across every project. From data accuracy and delivery coordination to strategic planning and service optimisation this role is vital to the smooth running of our global events.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely communication with our Furniture Partner.
- Maintain up-to-date reporting of revenue, expenditure, and data into Clarity.
- Own key relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners to keep orders on track.
- Manage and forward-plan all furniture logistics.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory control within SOP.
- Collaborate with the Furniture Team to ensure seamless order processing.
- Prepare and upload operational data for Show Build Live.
- Support on-site operations as required, including some weekends.
- Provide regular revenue/statistical insights for Planning Leads.
- Liaise across departments to uphold service levels and streamline delivery.
- Participate in on-site audits, solve challenges, and recommend improvements.
- Help shape best practices in pre-show admin and client delivery.
- Make informed suggestions for new furniture purchases aligned with client needs.
