The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

To support the GES Exhibitor Graphics function by providing a full coordination service to the team, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently in a consistently accurate and timely manner and allocated projects are coordinated in line with the client’s SLA.

What you will do:

  • Manage the Exhibitor Graphics invoicing system, ensuring invoices are checked and correspond to the correct Purchase Order (PO).
  • Take initial face‑to‑face briefings from internal and external clients and start the initial planning process.
  • Develop a work schedule based on specific client requirements for events, identifying all resources required, including labour & travel bookings.
  • Communicate specific show requirements to all departments within graphics and brief Design & production according to resources needed.
  • Supply a costing program to internal and external clients listing all items and budgets.
  • Generate quotes for both off‑the‑shelf and bespoke products as required by both internal & external customers.
  • Ensure all schedules are kept up to date and accessible on server and internal systems.
  • Answer the phone & online chats assisting callers with any queries they may have.
  • Coordinate allocated graphic projects, ensuring client briefs are followed and graphics produced are accurate.
  • Use the internal PMS (Print Management System) & SOP (Sales Order Processing) Systems as well as salesforce.com.
  • Ensure that the revenue tracker is reviewed and updated on a daily basis.
  • Manage the external courier system, ensuring that couriers are used in the most cost‑effective manner and purchase order requests are made.
  • Maintain and achieve all department and personal KPI’s and objectives, as set by the department or line manager.
  • Create onsite job packs for the install team, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist the project management team with any ad‑hoc tasks as defined by departmental requirements.
  • Show flexibility in respect of being asked to undertake several different skills or tasks at any time.
  • Represent the company, as appropriate, in a professional manner.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position.

Relationships:

You will be required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally, to facilitate growth and integration across the business. You will be required to work collaboratively alongside and provide support to the GES employees, departments, suppliers, exhibitors, and organisers.

Annual leave: Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
