We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our fantastic team in Woking. Reporting to the Head of HS&E, this is a key operational role focused on embedding a positive, forward-looking health, safety, and environmental culture across all areas of the business.
You will work autonomously while partnering closely with teams across multiple sites to drive HS&E excellence. You will support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Safe Systems of Work, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best-practice HS&E standards.
What Youll Do:
- Define, develop, and maintain Safe Systems of Work
- Lead and support the creation of HS&E risk assessments across all sites
- Consult, coach, and advise on operational HS&E issues to reduce and mitigate risks
- Maintain regulatory permits and coordinate Statutory Inspections
- Ensure the generation and maintenance of accurate HS&E records
