Job Purpose
To lead the development and implementation of the organisation's Microsoft 365 capability, governance and digital ways of working, ensuring SharePoint, Power Platform and associated technologies deliver efficient, robust and scalable business solutions that improve collaboration, data quality and decision making across the organisation.
The postholder will establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards and best practice for Microsoft 365 technologies, whilst driving adoption of solutions that replace legacy spreadsheet and VBA-based processes with sustainable, business-owned services.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform the organisation's project data management capability by replacing the current Excel and VBA-based data collection and integration processes with a robust Microsoft 365-based solution that improves governance, reliability and reporting
- Own the Microsoft 365 capability across the organisation including governance, standards and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement a Microsoft 365 capability roadmap that supports organisational objectives and maximises value from the Microsoft technology investment
- Establish and maintain SharePoint governance, information architecture and best practice standards to improve collaboration, document management and knowledge sharing across the organisation xgikmsk
- Responsible for driving adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and modern data management practices across the organisation
- Design and deliver business solutions that replace manual and spreadsheet-based processes with secure, scalable and maintainable digital services
