We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Engineer to join a growing team delivering cutting-edge test and measurement solutions to customers across a wide range of industries.

You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, helping them identify the right solutions for their engineering challenges while supporting a team of experienced Sales Engineers on exciting technical projects.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries via website, email, online chat, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualifying leads and matching opportunities with the appropriate Sales Engineer.
  • Supporting larger customer projects by coordinating with technical teams and acting as an additional customer contact.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring excellent customer follow-up.
  • Researching new business opportunities using Linked In and other digital platforms.
  • Assisting with exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and customer visits.
  • Supporting marketing activities, including social media content, campaigns, and customer success stories.

About you

You'll have an engineering background and enjoy learning about new technologies and applications.

You're organised, proactive and confident communicating with customers, with a genuine interest in helping them find the right technical solution.

You'll also have

  • A degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Physics, or a similar engineering discipline.
  • A few years' engineering or technical industry experience (graduate scheme experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • An interest in technical sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Confidence using Linked In and other digital communication tools.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
