We are building a brand-new Serial Production division and are looking for a senior engineer to help shape it from day one. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will establish scalable, repeatable production processes and take technical ownership once they are live. You will define equipment requirements, lead process validation, own PFMEAs, manage KPIs, and drive structured root cause problem-solving to keep production stable and improving.
You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Quality, and Operations ensuring smooth transition from NPI into full serial manufacture. From process setup and documentation to performance optimisation and cost improvement, you will be central to building a robust, high-performing production environment.
What you will bring:
- 5-10 years in production/manufacturing/process engineering
- Strong RCCA and structured problem-solving capability
- Experience leading PFMEAs and managing process risk
- Confidence owning KPIs and driving data-led decisions
- Proven ability to support production while delivering improvement
