CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our fast-growing, high-tech team. You will play a key role in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce complex, high-precision parts for new product introduction (NPI) and scale production.
This is a hands-on role working with advanced manufacturing techniques, where youll collaborate closely with engineers and machinists to turn designs into reality.
What youll do:
- Develop and optimise 5-axis milling and CNC turning programs from drawings, models, and specifications.
- Select tooling, cutting strategies, and parameters to deliver quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Take ownership of CNC NPI processes, providing DFM feedback and supporting prototype builds.
- Work with quality teams to ensure parts meet strict tolerances and specifications.
- Produce documentation to support seamless scale production.
What were looking for:
- At least 6 years CNC programming and machining experience.
- Strong background in 5-axis milling and CNC turning, including challenging materials such as titanium, nickel, and aluminium alloys.
- Proven ability to design and manufacture bespoke work holding for difficult components.
- Skilled in GD&T interpretation and working to tight tolerances.
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
Desirable: HNC/HND in mechanical or manufacturing, experience with Fusion 360, Siemens controls, and NPI environments.
