We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Whole Vehicle Technician to join a small, fast-moving team building high-precision, low-volume specialist vehicles. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about fit, finish, and doing things properly. You will be involved in full vehicle assembly across chassis, electrical, powertrain, body, and safety systems. From sub-assemblies through to final build and inspection, you will play a key role in delivering complete vehicles to an exceptional standard.

Working closely with lead technicians and operations, you will help keep builds on track, understand full vehicle status at all times, and contribute to a smooth, efficient production flow. These are highly detailed builds featuring electric powertrains, where accuracy and craftsmanship matter just as much as technical knowledge.

You will also be responsible for completing build and inspection documentation, maintaining quality standards, and preparing vehicles for dispatch. Just as importantly, you will be expected to spot problems early, dig into root cause issues, and continuously look for better, safer, and more efficient ways of working.

What we are looking for:

  • You will come from a motorsport, prototype, or low-volume manufacturing background where you have had direct responsibility for build quality and final finish.
  • You will be confident working across mechanical and electrical systems, and comfortable interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Fault finding and root cause analysis should be second nature; you are the type who doesn’t just fix issues, but understands why they happened.
  • Above all, you take pride in precision work and don’t compromise on standards.
  • A strong team mindset is essential. This is a collaborative workshop where everyone contributes, supports each other, and takes ownership of outcomes.
