Build It, Scale It, Own It

Oxford

£competitive + excellent benefits

We are launching a brand-new Serial Production facility for advanced metal components and we are looking for a Production Process Engineer to help build it from the ground up.

In the first phase, you will act as a project lead, coordinating infrastructure, equipment, systems, and process readiness. You will work across engineering, quality, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from development into stable, scalable production.

Once live, you will own the production processes. That means driving robustness, leading root cause investigations, managing PFMEAs, defining KPIs, and ensuring processes are validated, controlled, and continuously improving. You will be the technical authority for production performance focused on quality, yield, downtime, throughput, and cost.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on accountability and impact.

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years in production, manufacturing, or process engineering
  • Strong project management capability
  • Proven experience with structured problem-solving and RCCA
  • PFMEA ownership experience
  • KPI-driven and data-focused mindset
  • Lean / continuous improvement experience
  • Confidence working cross-functionally
  • Experience setting up new manufacturing operations or working in additive or batch production environments is highly desirable.

If you want to help build a production operation properly - not just maintain one - this is your opportunity.
