Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritisation & Delivery Management: Prioritise orders effectively to meet delivery commitments and manage customer expectations.
  • Lead Time Monitoring: Track product lead times and escalate any deviations from agreed timelines.
  • Customer Communications: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication around order progress and any changes.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address order-related issues or delays and communicate solutions clearly and promptly to customers.
What You Will Bring
  • Essential Experience: 3-5 years experience in order management or order processing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience working with production and delivery planning (S&OP).
  • Comfortable working alongside sales teams and communicating across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Desirable Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems such as Winman and/or SAP.
