About the Role: As a founding member of the technical support team, you'll play a critical role in developing their customer service capability. You'll work hands‑on with customers while also helping define the systems, processes, and strategy that will support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a robust support system, capturing repair data and known fixes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose, repair, and support installations
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams to drive product improvements

  • Experience with remote diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
  • Electrical qualifications (commercial or industrial) are advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools
  • Experience using CRM or service management systems is a plus
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
