We are now seeking a Business Management System Coordinator to join the Operational Excellence & Quality team in Farnham.
The Role
As Business Management System Coordinator, you will support the maintenance and continual improvement of the company's integrated business management system, while helping introduce and embed new standards and processes across the organisation. The role will involve working across a range of quality, environmental, information security, functional safety and health & safety standards, including:
- ISO 9001
- IATF 16949
- ISO 14001
- TISAX / ISO 27001
- ISO 26262
- ISO 21434
- ASPICE
- ISO 45001
Reporting to the Operational Excellence and H&S Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the management system remains effective, compliant and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continually improve the integrated management system.
- Support updates to the management system as new standards and requirements are introduced.
- Support implementation of new standards, currently with a particular focus on TISAX, ISO 21434 and ISO 45001.
- Prepare materials and information for Management Review Meetings.
- Conduct internal audits, primarily against ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Support process efficiency and KPI management.
- Track and support the closure of non-conformities, including checking content, chasing updates and escalating where necessary.
- Support customer support activities, including returns, investigations and 8D facilitation.
- Coordinate aspects of health & safety activity, including ensuring relevant forms, certificates and supporting evidence are maintained.
- Support other quality, operational excellence and business improvement activities as required.
About You

Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or another numerate/scientific discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of management system and regulatory standards.
- Experience developing and implementing new processes.
- Experience conducting internal audits.
- Minimum ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor qualification/certificate.
- Good understanding of process efficiency and KPI management.
Desirable Experience
- IATF 16949 Internal Auditor training.
- Experience supporting Health & Safety management systems.
- Relevant Health & Safety qualifications.
- Knowledge or experience of one or more of the following:
