Are you passionate about Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and ready to make a real impact in a high-performance engineering environment? We are looking for a skilled EMC Engineer or Senior EMC Engineer (Technical Lead) to join the Electrical & Electronic Systems team. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge technology, shaping the future of our globally recognised products.

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

  • Take the lead on EMC compliance across all electrical and electronic components.
  • Define, develop, and manage EMC specifications and documentation.
  • Work with suppliers to manage EMC test plans and validation.
  • Maintain the EMC component database and track compliance progress.
  • Generate and present EMC performance metrics (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Chair our internal EMC working group and support company-wide awareness.
  • Contribute to whole vehicle EMC testing in partnership with the T&D team.
  • Mentor junior engineers and deputise for Lead Engineers when needed.

What You Will Need:

  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Systems Engineering (BEng/MEng).
  • Strong experience in EMC engineering ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of global EMC standards: UNECE Reg10, CISPR, ISO, FCC, GB/T.
  • Experience with CAN-based vehicle electrical architectures.
  • Track record of delivering components from concept to launch.
