We are looking for a talented Website and Digital Marketing professional to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Hedley Studios' online presence, driving website performance, enhancing user experience, managing content, and executing effective digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our Content and Brand team to ensure everything aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and commercial objectives.
The role:
- Website Management:
- Global point of contact for all website-related requests
- Overseeing the development, maintenance and optimisation of all our websites to ensure functionality and engaging user experience
- Analyse user behaviour, identifying pain points, and proposing solutions to optimise overall usability
- Ensure consistency across multiple websites with brand tone of voice, up-to-date product information, all whilst making the pages more visually cohesive
- Streamline data capture across multiple sites, with a focus on continuous optimisation
- Creation of microsites and campaign landing pages where required
- Project manage the design and launch of new websites, adhering to project timelines
- Partner with our IT agency to maintain website stability, hosting, and security
- Oversee integration with other digital tools and make recommendations to help support sustainable growth
- Use analytic tools to monitor website performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement and conversion rates
- Manage SEO and PPC campaigns with an always-on test and learn strategy
- Work closely with our Content Executive to ensure our digital presence is constantly refreshed
- Copywrite and manage our Hedley Studios blog
- Carry out regular analysis of website traffic, user behaviour and campaign performance followed by the creation and implementation of strategies for improvement
- Work closely with the CRM Manager to ensure digital journeys are being captured efficiently within our CRM system
- Manage global media agencies to develop and execute paid media campaigns that increase brand visibility, engagement and conversion rates
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Proven experience in website management and optimisation
- Confident in managing media campaigns and PPC
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable creative briefs
- Experience managing and optimising e-commerce platforms and websites
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Up to date knowledge of digital marketing trends
- Sharp eye for detail and design
