  • Run the in‑house build & test lab and resolve technical challenges
  • Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to optimise manufacturability and cost
  • Lead certification, compliance, and regulatory testing
  • Mentor engineers and technicians, driving continuous improvement

Your Background:

  • MEng in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
  • Significant experience in EV charging, high‑power electrical systems, or energy storage hardware
  • Strong knowledge of thermal management, structural components, HV systems, and assembly processes
  • Experience with FMEA, quality planning, and testing methodologies
  • Hands‑on, pragmatic, and able to work autonomously in a dynamic start‑up environment
  • Familiarity with fleet vehicle applications or large‑scale charging infrastructure is highly advantageous

Why Join:

This is your chance to own the mechanical engineering of PowerUp, our cutting‑edge EV charging system, in a small, fast‑growing start‑up with global ambitions. You’ll see your work delivered in real‑world products and help transform electrification for commercial fleets.
