An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Integration Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing next-generation microturbine propulsion systems. This role is ideal for an Engineer who enjoys operating at the intersection of systems engineering, integration, testing, and customer-facing technical delivery within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading integration, commissioning, and test activities across internal and customer sites
  • Owning technical integration documentation including ICDs, installation manuals, commissioning procedures, and operational documentation
  • Supporting customer integration activities from interface definition through to installation and operation
  • Coordinating on-site test campaigns, readiness reviews, execution, and reporting
  • Working closely with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure integration requirements are embedded across the product lifecycle
  • Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and operational feedback

Suitable candidates will ideally have:

  • Experience integrating complex hardware systems within aerospace, propulsion, defence, automotive, or other high-performance engineering sectors
  • Strong technical documentation and configuration control experience
  • Experience leading commissioning, integration, or test campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills
  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
