Are you ready to shape the future of advanced propulsion technology? Our Propulsion Division designs and manufactures cutting‑edge microturbine engines for jet applications. We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Manager to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and help define our commercial strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Finance & Forecasting: Own divisional finances, develop budgets, and model growth trajectories to inform pricing, cost improvement, and investment decisions.
- Production Economics: Build detailed unit cost models, pricing structures, and cost improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Customer Development: Support business development, manage relationships, and prepare compelling proposals for technically complex products.
- Strategy & Projects: Contribute to commercial strategy, product roadmaps, and investor materials. Lead internal projects to enhance organisational performance and operational efficiency.
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years’ experience in strategy, finance, operations, or consulting
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Full proficiency in cost modelling and financial management
- Confident engaging with engineers, customers, suppliers, and investors
- Adaptable, independent, and collaborative in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
- Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and working with large datasets
- Experience developing commercial proposals for technically complex products
