Gerrell & Hard Ltd. seeks an Electrification & Powertrain Lead to own electrical and propulsion system architecture for production vehicles. You will manage HV/LV distribution, powertrain integration, controls, diagnostics, safety circuits, and EE system coherence, leading prototype builds, bring-up, debugging, and validation.
Cross-functional coordination with engineering, software, design, manufacturing, and external partners will ensure safe, reliable, and consistent electrification.
